LABORER

Job Description:

Construction company that has been in business for 49 years is seeking a general laborer. Successful candidate will perform tasks involving physical labor at building construction, specialty cleaning and demolition projects. Will operate hand and power tools. Will clean and prepare sites, and clean up debris. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Competitive starting wage based on experience. Medical benefits, 401K, PTO, annd uniform provided. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required. Must have valid driver's license.

The laborer's responsibilities and duties include:

• Light carpentry.

• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.

• Load, unload, and identify building materials, equipment, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications.

• Provide assistance to craft workers, such as carpenters, painters and water technicians.

• Demolish structures and salvage useful materials.

• May perform other duties as necessary or required.

• Ability to be available after hours and weekends for emergencies and some scheduled work.

• Must be able to work on ladders, scaffolding and roofs.

Painter

Job Description:

Growing construction/restoration company that has been in business for 49 years is seeking a full-time experienced painter for year round work. Successful candidate must have prior experience in residential and commercial painting.

The painter's responsibilities and duties include:

• Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Pass a background check & drug screen

• Excellent customer communication skills are required.

• Must take pride in work and deliver a great product.

• This is a FULL-TIME position paying $17 - $21 per hour based on experience. Benefits include Health insurance, Vision, 401k and PTO.
