Mold Remediation

Lewis Construction has IICRC certified staff who can perform air testing to check moisture levels, moisture is a driving component for the formation of mold. Mold in it's natural state is not visible to the naked eye and can be as small as 70 microns. Mold can start forming within 48-72 hours when the proper conditions present themselves (generally water being added to an area), so don't be caught unaware and call the mold damage experts at the first sign of mold! Mold grows at a logarithmic rate meaning 2 spores turn into 4, which turn into 16, which turn into 256 spores, and etc. Therefore, once you can see mold you have actually just let water damage linger for too long.
